Clay County Treasurer’s Office has a full-time position available.


Duties include processing motor vehicle transactions, collecting property tax payments & scheduling driver’s license appointments along with other office responsibilities.


Applicant must be detail oriented with the ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task: capable of working in a fast-paced environment and adapt to constant change; committed to providing quality customer service; proficient in Windows based applications

(including Microsoft Word and Excel), data entry, and operating office equipment; possess strong oral and written communication skills;

and possess the ability to collect appropriate fees and process confidential information with tact and discretion.

County Attorney page to Collections and Office Assistant Job Position

 

The Clay County Attorney’s Office seeks to hire a full-time employee to assist with collections, court docket management and administrative duties. 

The successful applicant will work 37.5 hours per week (8:00 to 4:30 M-F). 

The starting wage will be $16.00 - $19.00 per hour depending on experience and knowledge.

Benefits include IPERS and insurance after the first 30 days and paid time off after the first year.
